The cartridge in 304/316 washable stainless steel filter net is particularly suitable for the treatment of particular liquids such as highly corrosive or dense liquids.
The cartridge structure consists of a perforated stainless steel net, which makes it resistant to torsion and compression. In addition it serves as a support to the REPS mesh net, which is characterised by its particular strength and high filtering power. At the two ends are placed 2 stainless steel bases (stoppers), which are applied with a rolling process, thus making the cartridge completely free of glue or resin. Thanks to this process the risk of releasing contaminating particles into the water is eliminated.
The cylindrical shape allows the cartridge to have a uniform flow of water and very low pressure drops.
Another advantage of this cartridge is the ease and resistance of the filter media to the most extreme washings: the regeneration takes place through mechanical action or with chemical washing in counter current, thus ensuring reuse over time without losing its filtration efficiency.

Domestic use: protection of boilers, filtration of sand, scale and rust. This cartridge is suitable for filtration of drinking water.
Industrial use: industrial applications, protection of water-pumps, heating systems, refrigeration systems, agriculture and irrigations systems, in cosmetic and food industry, filtration of hot water from thermal power plants, filtration of high viscosity water, oils, high temperature oils, combustibile and resin. Suitable for filtration of brackish water.
