CPP cartridges are made of 100% non-toxic polypropylene. They are made through a particular production process, innovative in its field. This allows us to produce a cartridge with very high standards of quality.
The production process of the melt-blown cartridge is achieved by blowing polypropylene fibres, mixed with hot compressed air, which are stratified by a continuous and consistent circular movement, thus forming the filtering structure.
Although the cartridge is made without the internal support, the particular production technique is able to maintain a compact and resistant structure guaranteeing high filtration standards.
This production process allows us to completely eliminate the risk of particles, fibres or other residues being released from the cartridge, thereby giving depth and uniformity of filtration over the entire surface, maintaining a negligible drop in pressure over the medium term.
Filtration efficiency. The CPP cartridges have been designed with their economical value in mind. Laboratory tests show that the filtering efficiency of these cartridges retains more than 80% of sediments, confirming the quality.
